Snehasadan Child Safeguarding Policy — Declaration Extract (SOP v2.0)

I understand that Snehasadan is committed to the protection and promotion of the safety, welfare, and rights of all children in its care.
I will respect and uphold the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of every child at all times.
I will not engage in any behaviour that may harm, exploit, abuse, or endanger a child physically, emotionally, sexually, or psychologically.
I will not take photographs, record audio/video, or share any identifiable information about children without written permission from the designated Safeguarding Officer.
I will not be alone with a child in an unsupervised setting at any time during my visit or engagement.
I will immediately report any concern, suspicion, or disclosure of abuse to the Safeguarding Officer or designated contact at Snehasadan.
I acknowledge that any violation of this declaration may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or referral to appropriate legal authorities.
I understand that Snehasadan follows child safeguarding best practices aligned with the POCSO Act 2012, Juvenile Justice Act 2015, and relevant UN Convention on the Rights of the Child guidelines.
I confirm that I have not been convicted of, or are under investigation for, any offence relating to children.
I agree to comply with all Snehasadan safeguarding protocols, house rules, and instructions from staff throughout my visit or period of engagement.
